What is the Cultural Representative Program?

The Cultural Representative Program (CRP) is a 12 month experience that offers participants the opportunity to work and learn from one of the world's leading entertainment companies that is Disney.

This unique opportunity is based in Walt Disney World in Florida in one of the parks there known as EPCOT, in a section called the 'World Showcase'.  The World Showcase invites guests to sample the local customs and traditions from each of the 11 countries showcased which include: Mexico, Norway, China, Germany, Italy, the United States, Japan, Morocco, France, United Kingdom and Canada.

The CRP program asks participants to share their culture and customs with Walt Disney World resort guests. In order to qualify for the program, participants must authentically represent one of the countries or regions that have been recreated in look and feel at the World Showcase.
